Density DYNAFOAM® products could be easily adjusted from the system settings. DYNAFOAM® 606G and 7440 allow the highest density reduction reaching densities as low as 0.2 g/cm³ (200 g/l) under production conditions without sacrificing their toughness and low water absorption even when the skin has been damaged showing high tear resistance and high elongation properties. The low density with high mechanical properties, closed cell structure and absence of channels allows cost reduction and material saving as much as 50% when compared to 2 component PUR gaskets
